US Visa Appointments Paused: अमेरिका जाने की तैयारी कर रहे लोगों के लिए एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। Donald Trump administration ने दुनिया भर में US visa appointments में बदलाव किया है, क्योंकि अमेरिकी embassies और consulates में consular officers के लिए एक नया global training programme शुरू किया गया है।

अगर आपका US visa appointment पहले से scheduled है, तो सबसे सुरक्षित तरीका यही है कि आप अपने संबंधित US embassy या consulate से आई official communication को check करें।
अगर आपका interview पहले से booked था और आपको cancellation या rescheduling का email मिला है, तो घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है।
Appointment का reschedule होना visa rejection नहीं है।

यह फैसला Trump administration की broader immigration policy के बीच आया है।
Donald Trump ने अपने दूसरे term में illegal immigration पर crackdown तेज किया है। लेकिन सिर्फ illegal immigration ही नहीं, legal immigration और visa applicants की screening को लेकर भी administration ने ज्यादा strict approach अपनाई है।
Visa और Green Card applications की scrutiny बढ़ाने के अलावा administration ने applicants के background, eligibility और potential reliance on government benefits पर ज्यादा focus किया है।
