11 अगस्त को देश और दुनियां के मशहूर कवि राहत इंदौरी ने इंदौर के अरविंदो हॉस्पिटल में आखरी सांस ली। उर्दू के शायर राहत इंदौरी दुनिया के सबसे मशहूर शायरों में से एक थे। कोरोना ने हमसे एक जिंदादिल और बहादूर शायर छीन लिया।
11 अगस्त को देश और दुनियां के मशहूर कवि राहत इंदौरी ने इंदौर के अरविंदो हॉस्पिटल में आखरी सांस ली। उर्दू के शायर राहत इंदौरी दुनिया के सबसे मशहूर शायरों में से एक थे। कोरोना ने हमसे एक जिंदादिल और बहादूर शायर छीन लिया।
मुशायरे पर पीएचडी करने वाले राहत इंदौरी उर्दू के प्रोफेसर भी रह चुके हैं। मुशायरे के असीम अनुभव ने उन्हें हर एक मुशायरे में बादशाहत प्रदान की।
पूर्णकालिक कवि और गीतकार बनने से पहले, रहत इंदोरी ने देवी अहिल्या विश्व विद्यालय में 16 साल तक उर्दू साहित्य पढ़ाया। वह एक चित्रकार भी थे और उन्होंने कई बॉलीवुड पोस्टर और बैनर चित्रित किए।
पिछले 40-45 वर्षों से, राहत इंदौरी मुशायरों और कवि सम्मेलनों में सक्रिय रूप से प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। राहत इंदौरी न केवल भारत में एक प्रसिद्ध कवि थे, बल्कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक मान्यता प्राप्त उर्दू कवि भी थे। उन्होंने यूएसए, यूके, यूएई, कनाडा, सिंगापुर, मॉरीशस, केएसए, कुवैत, कतर, बहरीन, ओमान, पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, नेपाल आदि में कई प्रस्तुतियां दी हैं।
भले ही राहत इंदौरी अब हमारे बीच नहीं रहे लेकिन उनके लाखों ऐसे शेर हैं जो उन्हें हमेशा इस दुनिया में जिंदा रखेगें।
